Tre Stelle® Orange Cannoli

Chocolate and orange are perfect partners in this twist on the classic Sicilian cannoli.

Makes 8 cannolis
  • 1 tub | 475 g Tre Stelle® Extra Smooth Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup | 50 mL confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup | 50 mL mini dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp | 45 mL freshly grated orange rind
  • 2 tbsp | 30 mL orange liquer (Grand Marnier, Triple Sec)
  • 8 cannoli shells
  • confectioners sugar for dusting if desired
  • Drain Ricotta Cheese to eliminate any excess liquid.
  • In a small bowl combine all ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  • No later than an hour before serving, place filling in a Ziploc bag, cut corner off of bag and carefully fill each cannoli with Ricotta Cheese filling.
  • Dust with confectioners sugar if desired and serve.
