Paneer Buffalo Sticks

  • 350g Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil spray
  1. Cut the Paneer into thick sticks
  2. Pour the sauce over the Paneer and add some salt.
  3. Cover the Paneer in the sauce.
  4. Heat the grill or frying pan and spray with oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Add the Paneer and cook until seared on one side, before flipping over.
  6. Cook this on 2 sides and serve with a dipping sauce.
