Prosciutto Wrapped
Halloumi ‘Fries’

Halloumi cut into ‘fries’ and a few slices of prosciutto makes this an easy, crowd-pleasing snack.

  • 1 pkg (200g) Tre Stelle® Halloumi, cut into ¼” sticks (12 pieces)
  • 6 slices prosciutto, sliced in halves, lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs, like basil oregano
  • 1 ½ cups marinara or pesto sauce (for dipping)
  1. Wrap prosciutto around each Halloumi stick
  2. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray, add wrapped Halloumi and brown on all sides on medium-high heat.
  3. Place wrapped Halloumi on a serving plate, sprinkle with herbs and serve with marinara or pesto.
